By submitting artwork or content for your ad, you confirm that you own it or have full legal authorization to use it, and that you take complete responsibility for any copyright, trademark, or other rights issues related to it. TransitAds.co and Passent Media accept no liability for content submitted by you.

Service Interruptions (Force Majeure)

Ads run on physical transit vehicles and digital infrastructure outside our direct control. We are not responsible for ad non-delivery caused by events such as vehicle downtime, route or schedule changes, transit service disruptions, weather, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Limitation of Liability

If any portion of your ad fails to play as contracted, our total liability is limited solely to the amount you paid for that undelivered portion of the campaign. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages beyond that amount.
